Teams at Uline

Leads regional HR strategy across 15 North American locations, partnering with senior leaders and HR managers on workforce planning, recruiting, succession planning, leadership development, employee relations, investigations, labor relations, and scalable HR process improvements. Supports talent pipelines, business growth, and new location launches while traveling to company sites.

Oversee all operations at Uline’s Washington branch, including warehouse, customer service, sales, HR, IT, and facilities. Lead department supervisors, maintain high customer service standards, support recruitment and retention, manage employee relations, and drive accountability through performance feedback. The role provides hands-on senior management for a 1-million-square-foot distribution center and requires limited overnight travel.

Lead daily operations, monitoring, performance tuning, security, backups, disaster recovery, and high availability for mission-critical IBM i systems. Partner with application and database teams on deployments and troubleshooting, execute upgrades and migrations, plan capacity, document procedures, and mentor systems engineers. This is an on-site role requiring extensive IBM i experience and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
