Establish and adjust customer credit limits, review credit reports and payment history, approve orders, monitor credit risk and fraud, conduct account audits, and support Credit Analyst team development. Process high volumes of credit reviews and customer calls while meeting daily order-release deadlines.

Process vendor invoices, verify approvals and payments, manage invoice reporting, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues. The role requires fluent written and verbal English and Spanish, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and reliability. Accounts payable or billing experience is helpful but not required, and Oracle experience is a plus.

Manage and grow customer accounts within a designated territory, conduct customer meetings, provide business solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service with support from the sales team. No prior sales experience is required, as extensive training and mentorship are provided. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, valid driver’s license, strong communication and presentation skills, and a good driving record.
