Own the guest experience and operational performance of a portfolio of furnished apartments. Responsibilities include managing guest cases, overseeing the full stay journey, monitoring operational KPIs, analyzing dashboard data, resolving recurring issues, coordinating with internal teams, and controlling budgets. The role requires weekend work and fluency in English, French, and Spanish, with hospitality, operations, property management, or customer-facing experience.

Owns end-to-end, high-volume recruiting, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing logistics, offers, and onboarding handoffs. The role also supports internal mobility, talent mapping, succession pipelines, employer value proposition initiatives, ATS accuracy, recruitment reporting, and candidate experience. Partners with People teams, hiring managers, and business leaders to identify talent needs and develop creative, data-informed hiring solutions.

Support the B2C Sales team with lead management, customer inquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, booking assistance, and rental agreement preparation. Help convert prospective clients, identify customer needs, provide personalized support throughout the booking process, and contribute to occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals. The intern will also provide administrative support to the Demand team while gaining hands-on experience across the full sales cycle.

Lead end-to-end product management for internal-facing tools: define roadmap, prioritize backlog, collaborate with engineering and design, measure impact, and communicate with stakeholders to drive customer and operational improvements.

Supports the B2C sales cycle for furnished apartment rentals, from receiving and converting leads through negotiation and closing. Manages customer inquiries, reservations, personalized booking support, client communications, rental agreements, and administrative tasks for the Demand team. The role contributes to occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals in a flexible startup environment.

Lead and scale the People function by defining and executing People strategy, partnering on org design and talent planning, managing TA, Employee Experience and People Operations teams, driving performance, engagement and retention, ensuring compliant scalable processes, and enabling data-driven people decisions.

Support the accounts receivable team with monthly close activities: reconcile invoices and bills, maintain invoice accounts, coordinate transfers, prepare reports, assist with month-end accounting and journal entries, and help resolve deductions and cash reconciliations.
