Responsibilities include converting leads, negotiating pricing and terms, managing the CRM pipeline, matching clients with apartments, supporting reservations, drafting rental agreements, coordinating with internal teams, sharing market insights, and helping onboard junior colleagues. The role requires strong sales performance, negotiation, customer support, and fluency in English, Spanish, plus French, Portuguese, or Italian.

Oversee accounts payable across company entities, including invoice and credit note processing, supplier account maintenance, transaction verification, employee expense payments, reconciliations, payment issue resolution, and vendor inquiries. Support month-end financial reporting and assist with accounts receivable and general ledger activities while improving processes and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Sources and evaluates residential property opportunities in Paris, builds relationships with owners and market participants, secures mandates, markets properties, manages buyer relationships, conducts viewings, negotiates transactions, and leads deals through closing. The role also maintains pipeline reporting, develops new business, and collaborates with Legal, Finance, and Operations to execute acquisitions and sales.

Support the B2C sales cycle for furnished apartment rentals, from receiving leads through closing deals. Convert prospects into customers, negotiate terms, answer reservation inquiries, understand customer needs, provide personalized booking support, maintain client communications, draft rental agreements, and assist the Demand team in achieving occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals.

Lead and scale Ukio’s People function across Talent Acquisition, Office Management and Employee Experience, and People Operations. Develop and execute People strategy, advise executives, shape culture, strengthen leadership, oversee workforce planning and employer branding, and drive performance, engagement, retention, compliance, and data-informed decision-making.
