Lead and scale the People function by defining and executing People strategy, partnering on org design and talent planning, managing TA, Employee Experience and People Operations teams, driving performance, engagement and retention, ensuring compliant scalable processes, and enabling data-driven people decisions.

Lead and build Ukio's B2B corporate segment in France: hunt and close enterprise clients, manage full sales cycle (3–6 months), negotiate with C-level stakeholders, generate pipeline and first bookings, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align offerings with corporate needs.
