Provides HR administration support by responding to queries, processing employee record updates and HR transactions, maintaining accurate systems and documentation, meeting service-level targets, and supporting continuous improvement. The role requires strong communication, customer service, attention to detail, task prioritization, PC literacy, teamwork, and problem-solving. Prior HR or business administration experience is required, while HR systems or employee records experience is advantageous.

Coordinate end-to-end pension administration, including pension data submissions, pensionable earnings calculations, pension transactions, complex queries, record maintenance, compliance, and service-level monitoring. The role applies defined benefit scheme rules, supports stakeholders and colleagues, resolves exceptions, and contributes to process improvement. Civil Service Pension scheme experience is advantageous, and the position requires National Security Vetting.

Conduct independent research into infection, neurodegeneration, pathogenicity, and therapeutic strategies. Design and plan mouse-model studies, analyze experimental data using cell biology and molecular techniques, publish findings, present at scientific meetings, develop new methods, train researchers, manage equipment, support collaborations, and contribute to grant applications, intellectual property, and research translation.
