Serve as a strategic partner to the Founder & CEO by managing complex calendars, communications, travel, meetings, and executive materials; handle confidential information; coordinate board and VIP events; maintain executive files and expense reporting; support special projects and operational needs in a fast-paced, fully onsite Bentonville environment.

Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Integrative Health Coaching program, manage schedules, onboarding, logistics, attendance, records, and faculty/student support. Prepare classrooms and materials, partner with campus teams, collect feedback for improvement, and support special projects to ensure high-quality cohort delivery.

Provide hands-on, campus-based first-line IT support and user training for students and staff. Manage accounts, devices, inventory, and documentation; troubleshoot WiFi, laptops, displays, printers, apps, and logins; create guides and checklists; test app workflows and report bugs; escalate complex issues and coordinate with vendors and technology leadership until resolved.

Serve as a visible, welcoming point of contact for students, guests, and visitors; manage campus walkthroughs, hospitality, event logistics, transportation, and administrative coordination to ensure a smooth, professional campus experience.
