Teams at UHP (Unlock Human Potential)

Serve as a visible, welcoming point of contact for students, guests, and visitors; manage campus walkthroughs, hospitality, event logistics, transportation, and administrative coordination to ensure a smooth, professional campus experience.

Guide accepted students through enrollment to arrival, manage VA benefits and certifications (SCO duties), maintain CRM records, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with VA regulations, and support audits and student onboarding logistics.

Build and lead employer and workforce partnerships to connect veterans with career opportunities. Develop pipelines, hiring agreements, internships, and scalable systems; support veteran career-readiness and translate military skills for civilian roles; track placements, retention, and employer satisfaction; represent UHP with employers and community partners; design operational structures and grow the Workforce Partnerships function.
