Own defined improvements to UGLYCASH’s fintech core experience, including deposits, card transactions, account flows, monitoring, and internal tools. Investigate customer issues with support, engineers, and product data; trace root causes; prioritize solutions; and measure outcomes. Use AI, data analysis, and technical investigation to prevent recurring problems and improve reliability. The role offers a structured path toward independent ownership of increasingly complex product areas.

Own UGLYCASH’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and X. Develop the company’s ongoing narrative, identify compelling stories and personalities, create recurring content formats, manage the publishing calendar, and partner with founders and a film creator to turn company moments into engaging content. Monitor internet culture, experiment with storytelling approaches, and grow an audience through culturally relevant content.
