Lead product design across UGLYCASH and Reserve, shaping financial products from concepts and prototypes through polished interfaces, implementation, and iteration. Own brand evolution, visual identity, and design systems while collaborating directly with founders, engineers, and another designer. The role requires strong product judgment, craft, independence, resourcefulness, and practical use of AI for exploration, prototyping, and execution.

Own UGLYCASH’s full-funnel marketing and acquisition strategy, including product marketing, paid campaigns, lifecycle email, creators, influencers, conversion optimization, analytics, and agent-powered automation. Build landing pages, integrations, scripts, tracking, and reporting while personally executing experiments. Partner with the founder, product, engineering, and creative contributors to develop repeatable acquisition systems, improve customer quality and retention, and drive sustainable growth.

Own UGLYCASH’s customer acquisition funnel from strategy through activation. Build and optimize paid campaigns, landing pages, lifecycle email, creator and influencer programs, product marketing, tracking, and reporting. Develop agent-powered workflows and automations for research, creative production, campaign operations, and experiment analysis. Partner with the founder, product, engineering, and creative teams while owning acquisition economics, customer quality, conversion, activation, and retention outcomes.
