Associate Product Manager working with founders to discover, validate, build, launch, and improve new financial products. Responsibilities include customer research, behavioral analysis, experimentation, prototyping, collaboration with engineering and design, post-launch measurement, and progressively owning larger product opportunities. The role values initiative, curiosity, analytical thinking, AI proficiency, and the ability to learn technical systems. Coding and SQL are advantageous but not required.

Own defined improvements to UGLYCASH’s fintech core experience, including deposits, card transactions, account flows, monitoring, and internal tools. Investigate customer issues with support, engineers, and product data; trace root causes; prioritize solutions; and measure outcomes. Use AI, data analysis, and technical investigation to prevent recurring problems and improve reliability. The role offers a structured path toward independent ownership of increasingly complex product areas.

Manage and grow the UGLYCASH community on X, create and curate content, support community feedback, and coordinate in-person events.
