Lead structuring, modeling, and execution of project finance transactions for solar and BESS assets. Build and audit complex models, design capital structures, manage diligence and lender/investor processes, prepare marketing materials, coordinate legal and third-party advisors, oversee facility compliance and reporting, and mentor junior analysts to support financings through closing and post-close oversight.
