Build and audit complex models, design capital structures, manage diligence and lender/investor processes, prepare marketing materials, coordinate legal and third-party advisors, oversee facility compliance and reporting, and mentor junior analysts to support financings through closing and post-close oversight.

Lead multiple solar and energy storage projects from NTP to COD, managing schedule, EPC budgets, contracts, procurement, quality/compliance, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and handoff to operations while mentoring other Project Managers.

Lead structuring, modeling, and execution of project financings for renewable energy assets. Build and audit detailed project and portfolio financial models, analyze capital structures, support due diligence and investor/lender engagement, manage transaction timelines and documentation, and coordinate cross-functionally with development, EPC, and asset management teams through closing and post-closing facility management.
