The Quality Control Inspector measures and inspects materials to ensure quality requirements are met, using guidelines and measuring devices. The role involves recording data, identifying tolerances, stopping production for nonconformances, and preparing reports.

Manage and coordinate plant manufacturing operations, develop production schedules, staff and train teams, monitor performance, control inventory and expenses, maintain equipment, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and implement process improvements to meet productivity and quality targets.

Supervise and manage multi-shift production departments to meet cost, profit, quality, safety, and productivity goals. Train, coach, and evaluate employees, lead continuous improvement and safety initiatives, maintain inventory and records, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure compliance with company policies and quality programs.
