Coordinates plant production records, reports, inventory tracking, downtime documentation, product code requests, production sheet logging, cycle counts, shipping packets, and product costing updates. Maintains accurate production and inventory data while preparing regular and special reports. Requires basic office experience, business software proficiency, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Fabricates railing components by cutting materials, setting up jigs, reading blueprints, assembling parts, operating hand tools, inspecting products, and packaging finished goods. Maintains safe, clean work areas, completes equipment inspections and production records, follows quality and safety procedures, and works under immediate supervision. Requires basic blueprint and measurement skills, physical ability to stand and lift 50 pounds, and willingness to pass a drug test.

Performs quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process, including receiving, production, assembly, packaging, storage, and shipping. Measures and visually inspects materials against prints, checklists, and tolerances; records data; identifies nonconformances; stops operations when necessary; supports investigations and corrective actions; and prepares quality reports.
