Oversee multi-department, multi-shift production operations to meet cost, profit, quality, safety, and productivity goals. Train, coach, and evaluate employees; lead continuous improvement, safety initiatives, inventory and cost control; maintain records and reports; perform machine audits, coordinate with maintenance, and complete forklift licensing if required.

Design roof and floor trusses, wall panels, and related components for multifamily, single-family, and commercial projects using design software. Optimize designs for efficiency, review orders and layouts for accuracy, support sales and production troubleshooting, prepare reports, and ensure efficient resource utilization.

Trainee learns plant operations, materials utilization, production scheduling, costing, budgeting, continuous improvement, safety, HR policies, and administrative systems through on-the-job training and mentor guidance.
