Maintains recurring KPI reporting and develops analysis tools using financial and market data.

Support transaction team by underwriting, modeling, and performing due diligence on multifamily investment opportunities; compile financial statements, rent rolls, market research, and investment books; coordinate vendors and post-close reconciliations; prepare management and pipeline reports; assist with dispositions and JV/HOA relationship management.
