Lead delivery of concurrent IT infrastructure and security projects (cybersecurity, cloud, network, data center, BCDR, SaaS). Maintain plans, RAID logs, vendor coordination, compliance support (NIST/SOC2), stakeholder reporting, PMO practices, and coach junior team members to ensure timely outcomes.

Manage payroll tax compliance and multi-state filings, oversee vendor-prepared tax returns, reconcile payroll tax accounts, resolve tax notices, maintain payroll system tax configurations, support payroll processing and audits, and lead year-end W-2 tasks while partnering with HR, Finance, and HRIS teams.

Coordinate and schedule maintenance and vendor work, inspect vacant units and community areas for quality, manage supplies and purchase orders, support move-in/move-out inspections, enter service tickets, conduct safety meetings, and provide customer service to residents and vendors.

Lead security monitoring, investigations, and incident response. Maintain CSIRT and incident response plan, optimize security tools, mentor junior analysts, recommend control improvements, and leverage AI to accelerate investigations and threat detection. Drive deployment methodologies and train teams on security best practices.

Centralized role supporting leasing, lead follow-up, renewals, application review, and compliance for multiple communities. Duties include outbound prospect outreach, CRM and Excel tracking, appointment setting, full-cycle application and lease processing, rate/renewal discussions, and coordination with regional/pricing teams to finalize leases.

Lead daily operations of a 412-unit apartment community, manage resident relations and customer service, supervise staff, oversee financials (P-card reconciliation), vendor and facilities management, marketing and social media, leasing and legal compliance, and drive occupancy and community standards.

Support transaction team by underwriting, modeling, and performing due diligence on multifamily investment opportunities; compile financial statements, rent rolls, market research, and investment books; coordinate vendors and post-close reconciliations; prepare management and pipeline reports; assist with dispositions and JV/HOA relationship management.

Lead sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and execution of multifamily acquisitions, dispositions, and land deals. Oversee financial modeling, portfolio valuations, transaction transitions, and AI tool development. Build industry relationships, support disposition strategy, provide ad-hoc analyses, and hire/train acquisition analysts while coordinating cross-functionally to move complex transactions forward.

Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure; act as first escalation for Network Administrators; configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless controllers; participate in project implementations, documentation, rotating on-call support, and occasional on-site travel.

Provide proactive outbound and inbound leasing and renewal support for assigned apartment communities. Use Funnel CRM and Power BI to manage prospects, process applications, prepare move-in paperwork, ensure compliance with Fair Housing, coordinate handoffs with onsite teams, and drive resident retention and occupancy goals through relationship-building and timely communication.
