Teams at UDR

Provide proactive outbound and inbound leasing and renewal support for assigned apartment communities. Use Funnel CRM and Power BI to manage prospects, process applications, prepare move-in paperwork, ensure compliance with Fair Housing, coordinate handoffs with onsite teams, and drive resident retention and occupancy goals through relationship-building and timely communication.

Manage daily community operations including resident relations, staff supervision, vendor and facility management, leasing and financial tasks, marketing and social media, CRM usage, event planning, compliance with leases and Fair Housing, and maintaining property standards to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Lead security monitoring, investigations, and incident response. Maintain CSIRT and incident response plan, optimize security tools, mentor junior analysts, recommend control improvements, and leverage AI to accelerate investigations and threat detection. Drive deployment methodologies and train teams on security best practices.
