Teams at UDR

Manage multiple apartment communities focusing on resident relations, team leadership, asset quality, customer service, financial tasks, vendor administration, leasing, events, marketing, CRM use, and compliance with policies and Fair Housing laws.

Provide daily administration and monitoring of cloud and on-prem systems including AD, Microsoft 365, VMs, backups, DNS/DHCP, and Exchange. Assist with monitoring, disaster recovery testing, change management, troubleshooting, documentation, and team support to maintain infrastructure health and security.

Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure; act as first escalation for Network Administrators; configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless controllers; participate in project implementations, documentation, rotating on-call support, and occasional on-site travel.
