Leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, market analysis, and due diligence for property operations and real estate investments. Provides strategic insights to senior leaders, supports capital allocation and portfolio strategy, prepares executive, Board, and investor communications, and delivers ad hoc analysis for the COO and Investor Relations. Maintains recurring KPI reporting and develops analysis tools using financial and market data.

Support transaction team by underwriting, modeling, and performing due diligence on multifamily investment opportunities; compile financial statements, rent rolls, market research, and investment books; coordinate vendors and post-close reconciliations; prepare management and pipeline reports; assist with dispositions and JV/HOA relationship management.
