Manages the financial and administrative performance of a residential apartment community. Responsibilities include collecting rent, utilities, and fees; minimizing delinquency and bad debt; processing move-out financial documentation; preparing month-end reports and eviction files; and maintaining positive resident relationships through excellent customer service. Works with the Community Director to achieve financial goals and support the community’s reputation.

Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure; act as first escalation for Network Administrators; configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless controllers; participate in project implementations, documentation, rotating on-call support, and occasional on-site travel.

Lead delivery of concurrent IT infrastructure and security projects (cybersecurity, cloud, network, data center, BCDR, SaaS). Maintain plans, RAID logs, vendor coordination, compliance support (NIST/SOC2), stakeholder reporting, PMO practices, and coach junior team members to ensure timely outcomes.
