Lead client-facing projects to improve provider performance, coding accuracy, and workflows. Train staff on documentation and billing, support EHR integration and audits, align practices with value-based programs (MIPS, HEDIS), produce performance reports, and assist business development.

Provide patient care in an ophthalmology clinic: prepare patients for exams and outpatient procedures, take medical and ocular histories, perform diagnostic/screening tests, assist ophthalmologists in surgeries, sterilize and maintain instruments, instruct patients on medications and procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort.

Lead Nurse provides direct patient care (vitals, histories, injections, wound care, medication administration), documents in EMR, leads clinical team operations, mentors staff, assists manager with performance and onboarding, maintains licenses/certifications, and participates in trainings and committees.

Greet patients, manage phone calls and appointments, collect copayments, maintain and update patient records, coordinate with clinical staff for smooth patient flow, and perform general administrative tasks to support clinic operations.
