Provide patient care in an ophthalmology clinic: prepare patients for exams and outpatient procedures, take medical and ocular histories, perform diagnostic/screening tests, assist ophthalmologists in surgeries, sterilize and maintain instruments, instruct patients on medications and procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort.

Provide high-level administrative support to practice leadership, manage scheduling, meetings, onboarding, vendor renewals, and supplies. Coordinate Undergraduate Medical Education programs, student orientations, EMR training, clinical competencies, rotations, and continuous improvement of educational programming.

Greet patients, manage phone calls, collect copayments, maintain and update patient records, coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient flow, and perform assigned administrative tasks.

Lead client-facing projects to improve provider performance, coding accuracy, and workflows. Train staff on documentation and billing, support EHR integration and audits, align practices with value-based programs (MIPS, HEDIS), produce performance reports, and assist business development.
