Manages day-to-day operations for one or more clinical practice sites, including staffing, scheduling, training, performance evaluations, communications, complaint resolution, and administrative coordination. Provides leadership and guidance to nursing and administrative staff, supports patient care delivery, audits clinical practices, and promotes patient safety, quality improvement, infection control, and compliance with clinic procedures.

Welcomes patients, manages phone calls and appointment inquiries, collects copayments and other charges, maintains patient records, coordinates patient flow with healthcare staff, and supports general clinic administrative operations.

Provides administrative support across multiple healthcare clinic locations, including patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling, referrals, medical records management, phone and portal communication, form processing, specimen collection, point-of-care testing, and documentation updates. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, basic word-processing and spreadsheet skills, 1–3 years of healthcare experience, and a Florida driver's license.
