Greet patients, manage phone calls and appointments, collect copayments, maintain and update patient records, coordinate with clinical staff for smooth patient flow, and perform general administrative tasks to support clinic operations.

Schedule and register rheumatology patient appointments, obtain insurance information, triage or refer patients to nursing staff, coordinate testing and internal referrals, maintain HIPAA compliance, and communicate with patients via phone and patient portal.
