Assists with managing the UCF Athletics Business Office by performing accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, reconciliations, expense auditing, reporting, internal controls, and compliance activities. Coordinates with UCF Finance & Accounting, maintains financial records, supports month- and year-end close, administers Workday transactions, and helps train staff on systems and procedures. The role may require evening, weekend, and holiday work.

Support live game-day production for in-venue and streaming platforms, performing technical director, audio/video, camera/replay, announcer support, and utilities tasks. Work nights, weekends, and multiple sports home games as scheduled.

Sell and process electronic 50/50 raffle tickets at UCF home games, engage and educate fans, handle transactions accurately, represent UCF Athletics professionally, and attend all scheduled events including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
