Support live game-day production for in-venue and streaming platforms, performing technical director, audio/video, camera/replay, announcer support, and utilities tasks. Work nights, weekends, and multiple sports home games as scheduled.

Manage athletics equipment operations for assigned sports: oversee selection, purchase, maintenance, inventory, budgeting, laundry, and game/practice logistics; supervise and train student staff; ensure compliance with NOCSAE, OSHA, NCAA and conference rules; collaborate with coaches, vendors, and sports medicine on safety and uniform design.

Lead and execute the UCF Football visual brand; create original print and digital assets for social, web, email, advertising, and signage; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and advance the athletics brand; manage multiple projects and deadlines and support broader athletics design needs.

Provides executive administrative support to the Vice President/Director of Athletics and Executive Staff, managing scheduling, travel, correspondence, board governance, records, reports, and game-day suite operations. Serves as liaison with university leadership, trustees, donors, and external partners, assists with donor stewardship and special projects, and ensures compliance with institutional, conference, and NCAA policies.

Support the Athletics Business Office by processing and monitoring expenses, reconciling transactions, preparing budget and ledger reports, ensuring purchasing/travel compliance, handling Workday invoices/reimbursements, performing month- and year-end tasks, training units on Workday and ABO policies, and serving as a liaison with University Finance.

Lead technical operations for UCF Athletics broadcast and production facilities: develop technical standards, maintain and test broadcast equipment, troubleshoot after-hours critical issues, implement training, supervise student staff and vendors, and ensure compliance with ESPN, Conference, NCAA, and FCC requirements.

Serve on executive management team to lead corporate partnerships, ticket sales, and operations to drive revenue. Develop revenue strategies, collaborate with university and community partners, support budgeting, fundraising, and represent Athletics with conference and campus stakeholders.

Provide customer service and logistical support for premium seating at UCF home athletic events. Duties include greeting, ushering, wristbanding, liaising with catering/maintenance/custodial staff, maintaining premium area integrity, and supporting donor and ticket-holder experiences during football, basketball, baseball, and special events.
