Lead and execute UCF Football visual brand and create original multi-platform designs (print and digital). Collaborate across athletics teams to advance brand identity, follow design trends, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and support recruitment and external communications.

Sell and process electronic 50/50 raffle tickets at UCF home games, engage and educate fans, handle transactions accurately, represent UCF Athletics professionally, and attend all scheduled events including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Supports the Associate AD to drive revenue, attendance, and protect the UCF Athletics brand through gameday marketing, fan experience programs, event activation, community outreach, and cross-department collaboration. Manages football fan events, assists with basketball activations and special events, oversees Knightro's Kids Club, and implements creative gameday strategies.

Serve on executive management team to lead corporate partnerships, ticket sales, and operations to drive revenue. Develop revenue strategies, collaborate with university and community partners, support budgeting, fundraising, and represent Athletics with conference and campus stakeholders.

Provide customer service and logistical support for premium seating at UCF home athletic events. Duties include greeting, ushering, wristbanding, liaising with catering/maintenance/custodial staff, maintaining premium area integrity, and supporting donor and ticket-holder experiences during football, basketball, baseball, and special events.

Provides executive administrative support to the Vice President/Director of Athletics and Executive Staff, managing scheduling, travel, correspondence, board governance, records, reports, and game-day suite operations. Serves as liaison with university leadership, trustees, donors, and external partners, assists with donor stewardship and special projects, and ensures compliance with institutional, conference, and NCAA policies.

Support the Athletics Business Office by processing and monitoring expenses, reconciling transactions, preparing budget and ledger reports, ensuring purchasing/travel compliance, handling Workday invoices/reimbursements, performing month- and year-end tasks, training units on Workday and ABO policies, and serving as a liaison with University Finance.

Support live game-day production for in-venue and streaming platforms, performing technical director, audio/video, camera/replay, announcer support, and utilities tasks. Work nights, weekends, and multiple sports home games as scheduled.
