Teams at UCF Athletics Association Inc.

Supports management of UCF Athletics’ content unit and executes branding and fan-development campaigns across social media for 16 sports programs. Serves as the primary voice for UCFKnights accounts, oversees additional brand and sport accounts, leads the content internship program, researches trends, collaborates with advancement and revenue teams, and supports gameday events, institutional relations, and NCAA compliance.

Creates and executes original visual brand campaigns for UCF Athletics across social media, digital, print, signage, apparel, web, and promotional materials. Collaborates with video, social engagement, and design teams to maintain cohesive branding; supports real-time game-day content; monitors visual trends; contributes campaign ideas; and organizes graphic files. Requires occasional travel and evening, weekend, and holiday work.

Provide customer service and logistical support for premium seating at UCF home athletic events. Duties include greeting, ushering, wristbanding, liaising with catering/maintenance/custodial staff, maintaining premium area integrity, and supporting donor and ticket-holder experiences during football, basketball, baseball, and special events.
