Leads global regulatory testing for wireless and networking products, covering EMI, EMC, RF, safety, and cybersecurity requirements. Develops test strategies, plans, procedures, and readiness checklists; performs and oversees testing; analyzes failures and compliance risks; and coordinates internal teams and external laboratories. The role also mentors engineers, supports ISO 17025 accreditation, manages test documentation and certification submissions, and establishes repeatable policies for product changes and regulatory approvals.

Design and architect enterprise networking and physical security solutions for customers. Develop technical proposals, deliver demos and training, build lab environments, support deployments, travel to customer sites and events, and relay customer feedback to R&D and product teams.
