The Identity Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise access platforms and integrating various identity and authentication solutions, especially using Ping Identity tools.

Own full sales cycle for federal IAM solutions, build relationships with CISOs/CIOs/contracting officers, work with partners and cross-functional teams, manage and forecast pipeline, navigate federal procurement and contract vehicles, represent company at federal events, and maintain CRM hygiene.

Lead and expand a compliance engineering team to design and implement automated compliance solutions across AWS GovCloud and commercial clouds. Drive Policy as Code, DevSecOps integrations, SSP/cATO processes, third-party assessments, and real-time compliance monitoring while aligning initiatives with business objectives and KPIs.
