Lead web engineering and DevOps for a global location-based experiences platform. Design and maintain backend (PHP/Laravel) and frontend (Angular/React/Vue), own architecture, CI/CD, deployments, monitoring, and infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes). Mentor a small team, run planning and code reviews, and align technical execution with product and business goals. Part-time equity-based CTO role (15-20 hours/week).

Develop and maintain an AI-driven pipeline to auto-generate, process, and publish real-life and digital quests. Integrate AI frameworks, design scalable automation workflows, analyze user data to improve generation quality, build API integrations, participate in architecture and documentation, test with pytest/unittest, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate LLM outputs against real-world data.

Build and maintain Python tools for web scraping, automation, integrations (Airbnb, marketplaces), ad automation, chatbots (Chatwoot), workflow automation (Spiffworkflow), automated tests, and data analysis.
