How we work

We work with use of Scrum methodology. There are 1 week sprints followed by discussing and planning.

We are following Lean startup methodology where we actively test ideas.

What you’ll have to do:
- Develop and maintain an AI-driven pipeline for automatic creation, processing, and publication of real-life and digital quests.

- Integrate and orchestrate AI tools (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Haystack, LlamaIndex, AgentZero, OpenClaw, Hermes) into a unified content creation ecosystem.

- Design and implement scalable workflow automation for generating narrative, logic, and interactive quest elements.

- Analyze data from past quests and user interactions to refine generation quality and engagement.

- Build and manage API integrations with third-party services, external data sources, and automation platforms.

- Participate in software architecture design, define data structures, and document development processes (UML / BPMN).

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (data scientists, writers, designers) to ensure AI-generated content meets quality and thematic standards.

- Conduct unit and integration testing using pytest or unittest.

- Lead continuous improvement of AI-assisted workflows leveraging tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.

- Create a real life feedback system to validate LLM generated results with the actual reality information data.

Core Technical Skills:

- Senior or Middle Python experience (AI pipelines, APIs, data processing). 

- Experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL).

- Strong experience with git, GitLab code review, and Linux environments.

- Hands-on knowledge of Selenium (web automation) and Requests (API communication).

- Familiarity with pytest or unittest for testing.

- Knowledge of Flask or Django for building webhooks or chatbot backends.

- Experience with AI content automation frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or LangGraph.

Additional/Preferred Skills:

- Experience in software architecture design and workflow modeling (UML, BPMN).

- Understanding of project management and team coordination in agile environments.

- Familiarity with data analysis, statistics, data wrangling, and visualization tools.

- Competence in business analytics – knowledge of unit economics, performance tracking, and market analysis.

- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker / Kubernetes).

- Exposure to FastAPI, Beautiful Soup, Scrapy, or Snscrape for advanced data collection tasks.

- Working knowledge of AI automation platforms like OpenClaw, Hermes, AgentZero, CrewAI, Langflow, Phidata, n8n, or Flowise.

- AI-Assisted Programming:

- Confident use of AI development assistants (VS Code Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI Agents SDK, etc.) to boost productivity and ensure clean, modular code.

- Practical experience with creating working AI agents.

Nice to know:

We offer an option

- Up to 1 500 000 shares of Ubego (at the moment there are 11 500 000 shares). P shares hourly + dividends.

- Workload amount is 15-20 hours weekly. You can mix easily with your office job.

- This is an equity based compensation opportunity. To apply, you need to have a full-time job.
