Support daily operations of veteran housing and supportive services by maintaining client records, assisting case managers with compliance and audits, tracking finances and petty cash, coordinating purchases and events, supporting grant administration and reporting, onboarding and training tracking, and providing confidential administrative support to staff, leadership, donors, and community partners.

Provide administrative and program support for veteran services: maintain client databases and records, track program fees and petty cash, assist with accounting, grant reporting, supplies, events, HR support, intake and eligibility screening, and coordinate program operations to ensure compliance and service delivery.

Provide trauma-informed, strengths-based case management for veterans: assess needs, develop individualized service plans, coordinate with VA and community providers, conduct home visits, transport clients, facilitate groups, assist in crisis interventions, document services in electronic records, and support program reporting and compliance.

Lead daily operations of a residential housing program for veterans: provide life-skills coaching, crisis intervention, intakes and HIPAA-compliant documentation, facilitate groups and activities, coordinate transportation and vehicle logs, manage inventory and donations, collaborate with case managers and clinical teams, and assist with HMIS reporting and program compliance.

Serve as strategic HR partner for Phoenix (and Prescott) sites: coach leaders, manage employee relations and investigations, ensure compliance, lead full-cycle recruitment, improve retention, and support learning and development.

Provide trauma-informed, strengths-based case management to veterans: assess needs, create individualized plans, coordinate services, conduct home visits, transport clients, facilitate groups, perform crisis intervention, document services in electronic records, conduct drug/alcohol screenings, and support reporting and audits.

Provide psychotherapy to clients with anxiety, depression, relationship and life-transition issues in school- or field-based settings. Maintain clinical documentation, manage a growing caseload (minimum ~10 clients/week), keep flexible weekly availability (including Fridays, Saturdays as needed), participate in weekly clinical supervision, and coordinate scheduling and fee collection using computerized systems.

Provide individualized employment search assistance to clients, develop employment plans, create resumes/cover letters, identify and maintain employer relationships, conduct workshops and mock interviews, meet placement goals, document client progress, attend job fairs and community meetings, and support Career Center operations.

Provide case management services to veterans: assess needs across housing, employment, health and legal domains; develop and monitor Individual Action Plans; coordinate with VA and community partners; maintain confidential client records and HMIS data; conduct home visits, drug/alcohol screenings, life-skills groups, and program-specific tasks (housing, workforce, SSVF, legal, nursing duties). Requires collaboration, documentation, and occasional client transport.

Provide individualized employment search assistance to clients (weekly), develop Employment Development Plans, create resumes/cover letters, identify and cultivate employer relationships, secure interviews and placements, document client progress, run workshops, attend job fairs and community meetings, and support Career Center operations to meet wage and placement goals.

Provide case management to veterans: assess needs, develop and update Individual Action Plans, coordinate with VA and community partners, maintain confidential HMIS records, conduct home visits and drug screenings, facilitate life-skills and workforce activities, complete data entry and reports, and transport clients as needed. Perform program-specific housing, SSVF, IVTP, nursing, or legal-support duties as assigned.

Manage site fundraising, communications, and community engagement. Oversee events, donor solicitation and stewardship, corporate and individual giving growth, volunteer coordination, and site communications. Use Blackbaud RE NXT and report to national development.

Provide comprehensive case management to veterans: assess needs, develop and monitor Individual Action Plans, coordinate services with VA and community partners, supervise junior staff and interns, conduct crisis intervention and home visits, maintain HMIS/HOMES records, facilitate life-skills and workforce services, and perform program-specific duties (Transitional/Permanent Housing, SSVF, HUD VASH). HUD VASH roles include clinical assessments, mental health treatment planning, and VA credentialing requirements.

Provide peer support, mentoring, and life-skills coaching to veterans; coordinate groups and community activities; assist with case documentation, referrals, transport, crisis de-escalation, and program compliance.

Prepare and submit grant and contract billing, develop annual and grant budgets, monitor site and program fiscal performance, ensure regulatory and grant compliance, produce financial reports, and perform site accounting functions.

Provide case management to veterans: assess needs, develop and monitor Individual Action Plans, coordinate with VA and community partners, conduct home visits, maintain HMIS/client records, facilitate life-skills and workforce services, perform screenings and data collection, and support program-specific housing, workforce, SSVF, aftercare, IVTP, nursing, or legal services as assigned.

Provide trauma-informed, strengths-based case management to veterans, conduct assessments, develop individualized service plans, coordinate community and VA services, lead case conferences, mentor junior staff, facilitate groups, perform home visits, document services in electronic records, and assist with crisis intervention and reporting.
