Serve as strategic HR partner for Phoenix (supporting Prescott), advising leaders on employee relations, investigations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, training, and organizational development to improve retention and culture while ensuring legal compliance and HR operations.

Provide lived-experience peer support, mentoring, group facilitation, and advocacy to veterans. Assist with housing, healthcare, benefits, employment, crisis intervention, documentation, coordination with care teams, community outreach, and client transport while maintaining HIPAA and program compliance.

Provide case management to veterans: assess needs, develop and update Individual Action Plans, coordinate with VA and community partners, maintain confidential HMIS records, conduct home visits and drug screenings, facilitate life-skills and workforce activities, complete data entry and reports, and transport clients as needed. Perform program-specific housing, SSVF, IVTP, nursing, or legal-support duties as assigned.

Manage site operations, ensuring program and fiscal compliance across grants and services. Oversee budgeting, grant management, audits, payroll review, facility and IT coordination, staff supervision, reporting, and collaboration with national teams to meet performance goals and regulatory requirements.

Provide administrative and financial support to veteran-focused programs: maintain client databases, track program rents and petty cash, coordinate purchasing and events, assist grant reporting, help with HR tasks, and support audits and daily operations to ensure program compliance and effective service delivery.

Provide trauma-informed, strengths-based case management for veterans: assess needs, create individualized service plans, coordinate with VA and community providers, conduct home visits and groups, mentor junior staff, manage crises, document services in electronic records, and support reporting and audits.

Prepare and submit grant and contract billings, develop annual and grant budgets, monitor program and grant financial performance, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, produce internal and funder financial reports, and perform site accounting tasks while supporting site leadership and projects.

Provide case management to veterans: assess needs, develop and monitor Individual Action Plans, coordinate with VA and community partners, complete intake and documentation, conduct home visits, facilitate life-skills and workforce services, perform drug/alcohol screenings, and support rapid rehousing and other program-specific duties.

Lead daily operations of a veteran-focused residential program, provide life-skills coaching, crisis intervention, and supportive counseling, facilitate groups and activities, manage intakes and documentation (HIPAA), coordinate transportation and services, maintain records, track inventory/donations, and support HMIS reporting and program compliance.

Provide comprehensive case management for veterans: assess needs, create and monitor Individual Action Plans, coordinate with VA and community partners, document in HMIS, conduct home visits, facilitate life-skills and employment services, perform drug/alcohol screenings, and manage intake/discharge and reporting to support housing stability and recovery.

Lead daily operations of housing and supportive services, supervise multidisciplinary staff, ensure compliance and HMIS data integrity, manage budgets and facility operations, build community and VA/CoC partnerships, monitor outcomes, and oversee quality assurance, training, and emergency preparedness to support veteran housing stability.

Provide trauma-informed, strengths-based case management to veterans: assess needs, develop individualized plans, coordinate services, conduct home visits and transports, facilitate groups, perform crisis intervention, document services, support audits, and ensure program compliance.

Lead and oversee outpatient clinical services for the CVHI program, including staffing, training, evidence-based treatment implementation, clinical supervision, crisis management, intake oversight, community representation, quality improvement, and coordination with stakeholders such as CalVet.

Manage employer relationships to create hiring pipelines for veterans, source and coach veteran candidates (resumes, interviews, LinkedIn), run outreach events and job fairs, maintain records in CRM and job boards, and meet performance metrics.

Provides comprehensive case management to veterans: assess needs, develop and monitor Individual Action Plans, coordinate with VA/community partners, supervise/mentor junior staff and interns, conduct home visits and crisis interventions, maintain confidential records (HMIS/DAP), facilitate life-skills and workforce programs, complete reporting, and assist with training and program audits.

Provide administrative and program support to veteran-focused services: maintain client databases and records, track and collect program fees and donations, manage petty cash and vendor purchases, assist with grant reporting and budget tracking, coordinate events and mailings, support HR and training tasks, and help with client intake and program operations.

Provide one-on-one case management to veterans to achieve housing, employment, health, and recovery goals; coordinate VA and community services; develop and track action plans; facilitate life-skills groups; perform home visits and client transportation; maintain records and participate in team meetings and trainings.

Develop and execute digital communication plans to raise program awareness; create and publish content for social media, websites, and email; write and edit marketing and fundraising collateral; manage analytics and paid media campaigns; produce basic graphics; collaborate with partners, vendors and stakeholders to optimize engagement.

Build employer relationships and pipelines to place veterans; provide career coaching, resume/LinkedIn support, interview prep, and sourcing; run outreach events and track client progress in CRM and job boards.

Provide benefits and income support to veteran clients: screen eligibility, assist with benefits enrollment, create and update budgets, coordinate with SSA/VA/state agencies, document services, run budgeting classes, and produce monthly reports while collaborating with community partners and case management.
