Teams at U.S.VETS

Serve as strategic HR partner for Phoenix (supporting Prescott), advising leaders on employee relations, investigations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, training, and organizational development to improve retention and culture while ensuring legal compliance and HR operations.

Provide lived-experience peer support, mentoring, group facilitation, and advocacy to veterans. Assist with housing, healthcare, benefits, employment, crisis intervention, documentation, coordination with care teams, community outreach, and client transport while maintaining HIPAA and program compliance.

Provide case management to veterans: assess needs, develop and update Individual Action Plans, coordinate with VA and community partners, maintain confidential HMIS records, conduct home visits and drug screenings, facilitate life-skills and workforce activities, complete data entry and reports, and transport clients as needed. Perform program-specific housing, SSVF, IVTP, nursing, or legal-support duties as assigned.
