Leads market and business development across South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan, with primary responsibility for South Korea. Builds strategic relationships, expands adoption of LEED and GBCI programs, develops partnerships, represents GBCI externally, provides sustainability expertise, monitors market trends, and informs regional strategy. Requires extensive travel, Korean and English fluency, and strong knowledge of sustainable buildings and LEED certification.

Leads USGBC and GBCI’s global growth strategy, overseeing market development, sales, marketing, communications, and customer success. Drives brand awareness, product and service adoption, membership, partnerships, revenue diversification, and market transformation. Manages approximately 110 global professionals, establishes performance metrics, develops growth opportunities, represents the organization externally, and partners with executive leadership to advance mission impact and financial sustainability.

Manage a regional EPA-funded school indoor air quality and energy-efficiency program across Southwestern states. Responsibilities include recruiting and supporting school districts, delivering training and technical assistance, guiding fellowship participants, administering mini-grants and reimbursements, supervising interns, analyzing program feedback, submitting EPA progress data, developing educational materials, and coordinating regional and national events. The role is remote within specified states and requires approximately eight regional trips annually.
