Own the embedded Linux platform for a heterogeneous Arm-based mission computer. Responsibilities include Yocto BSP development, kernel and device-tree configuration, board-specific drivers, camera and video pipelines, inter-processor communication, secure boot, signed updates, system hardening, CI, hardware-in-the-loop testing, board bring-up, flight-test support, and mentoring engineers. The role collaborates closely with hardware, software, and SoC vendor teams to deliver reliable autonomous defense capabilities.

Support daily financial operations, including transaction recording, bank reconciliations, invoice and expense processing, financial statement preparation, and period-end closing. Maintain accurate records, assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting, and contribute to process improvements, internal controls, fixed asset accounting, and intercompany reconciliations.

Support HR data extraction, validation, structuring, reporting, dashboard preparation, HRIS data migration, and HRIS administration. Build real-time communication layers, low-latency data pipelines, observability solutions, and responsive tactical desktop and web interfaces. The role involves integrating C2 systems, platforms, sensors, and effectors, supporting mission-critical operations, and debugging software on real hardware at test sites in Germany and abroad.

Analyzes business processes, workflows, data, and KPIs to identify inefficiencies, root causes, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Develops data-driven recommendations, supports implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, measures results, and presents findings to stakeholders. Collaborates cross-functionally with Commercial, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams.
