Build and own internal full-stack applications supporting manufacturing, testing, configuration, traceability, and operational data workflows. Integrate PLM, ERP, version control, device fleet, and data platforms through APIs. Collaborate directly with software, hardware, production, and flight-test teams, while owning deployment, monitoring, debugging, reliability, and long-term maintenance of production-critical tools.

Twelve-month rotational trainee program supporting manufacturing, production planning, logistics, supply chain, operational data analysis, process optimization, quality improvement, and continuous improvement projects. The role collaborates with engineering, product, and industrial operations teams while taking ownership of assigned tasks from planning through execution.

Owns the technical requirements baseline for counter-UAS systems, maintaining product specifications, interfaces, implementation status, and end-to-end traceability. Coordinates requirements changes across hardware, software, and systems engineering teams; identifies gaps, conflicts, and dependencies; and supports bids, customer engagements, integration, and delivery readiness. The role contributes to autonomous air defense products and networked defense architectures.
