The work includes laser mode-locking, pulse picking, gain-switching, foundry-compatible PIC design, experimental validation, semiconductor fabrication collaboration, packaging readiness, and research engagement activities.

Leads enterprise and operational management for a semiconductor and photonics research centre. Responsibilities include strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, business development, funding and revenue generation, commercialisation, contract negotiation, governance, financial and risk management, organisational change, KPI delivery, and leadership of a multidisciplinary operations team across multiple institutions.
