Develop and manage paid marketing campaigns for English and Spanish nonfiction book titles across consumer and trade audiences. Present plans to authors and agents, create copy and creative direction for digital, social, email, video, website, and media outreach, equip sales teams, manage budgets and projects, and use data insights to guide decisions. The role requires bilingual English-Spanish fluency, collaboration across departments, occasional travel, and alignment with Tyndale’s Christian mission.

Implement page layouts for books, Bibles, and other products in InDesign per editorial and design specs; output page proofs and InCopy files; apply text corrections and design updates; prepare, preflight, and check final print-ready PDFs. Collaborate with editorial and design teams. Flexible, on-call hours; alignment with the employer's Statement of Faith required.

Provide administrative and project support to PR and Marketing teams: coordinate eblasts, press materials, media tracking, mailings of ARCs, maintain title data, manage promotions, process invoices, and assist with social media and seasonal marketing operations.

Edit and shape Spanish-language manuscripts from concept to publication, guiding authors through revisions, coordinating with contributors and internal teams, maintaining editorial materials and schedules, ensuring theological soundness and quality, and representing Tyndale in the publishing community.

Copyedit and proofread Spanish Bible devotional and study materials, ensuring grammatical, factual, and theological accuracy. Review packaging, covers, and marketing copy for consistency and clarity. Coordinate with departments and external partners, manage multiple projects, and complete editorial tests and writing-sample requirements.

Lead marketing strategy and execution for Bible product lines, creating go-to-market plans, integrated campaigns (digital, social, email, retail, trade), content and messaging, cross-functional coordination with Sales/Design/Editorial/authors, measuring campaign performance with analytics, and representing brands at events. Manage multiple projects, budgets, and stakeholders to grow brand visibility and sales.

Identify, acquire, and develop 10–12 scholarly book projects yearly in biblical studies; manage acquisitions, product development, editorial workflows, and author relationships; prepare financial analyses, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support marketing, sales, and backlist repackaging.

Coordinate production schedules across departments, track product details and budgets, communicate with internal partners, adapt to shifting priorities, and help ensure printed books meet quality and schedule expectations.

Provide Tier 1-2 support for JD Edwards ERP, troubleshoot errors, UBEs, integrations and EDI, perform basic data corrections, manage user accounts and security, create documentation and train users, and support testing and escalation with IT teams.
