Lead and grow a mobile frontend community and design system; architect scalable cross-platform (React Native/Flutter) and native iOS/Android solutions, mentor engineers, define roadmaps, ensure performance, testing, DevOps, and cloud best practices, and drive adoption of AI-enabled design system tooling.

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning in AWS, support containerized deployments, provide operational tooling and metrics, participate in on-call rotation, and improve developer experience through automation and cloud-first practices.

Lead hands-on development and architecture for mobile banking apps. Provide technical leadership, coach engineers, design solution architectures, implement best practices, integrate mobile with web services, improve performance and testing, and drive mobile roadmap across in-country and cross-border products.

Use customer, bureau, transactional and repayment data to build and monitor credit risk features and predictive models. Design and evaluate credit policy experiments, support portfolio analytics (vintage, roll-rates, migration), implement model/feature monitoring, and collaborate with data engineering on pipelines, data quality, and governance.

Lead QA across scrum teams: define and execute test plans and strategy, oversee automation and reusable frameworks, ensure end-to-end quality from non-prod to production, manage and coach up to 10 QA engineers, communicate risks to senior management, and drive QA processes and culture while collaborating with engineering, product and third parties.
