Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a shared lending platform supporting multiple products and markets. Lead platform architecture decisions, real-time credit decisioning, API and configuration design, vendor evaluations, regulatory reporting, data aggregation, and ML-assisted credit capabilities. Translate risk and compliance needs into engineering-ready specifications while coordinating Credit, Risk, Engineering, Design, and country teams. Manage dependencies, delivery sequencing, and the full product lifecycle from research through launch and ongoing iteration.

Supports employee onboarding, engagement and culture programs, internal communications, learning activities, employee events, and basic engagement measurement. Responsibilities include preparing materials, maintaining trackers, coordinating logistics and participants, drafting content, supporting internal sessions, collecting feedback, and identifying improvements. The role is designed for a fresh graduate who will progressively take ownership of recurring employee experience initiatives while collaborating in an international, fast-moving environment.

Design scalable mobile product experiences and UX strategies across user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final product execution. Collaborate with multinational stakeholders, apply best-practice Android and iOS UX methods, advocate for effective AI use in design processes, and communicate and defend design visions while adapting to stronger alternatives.
