Own product and business performance analytics for a group-level credit card product across multiple markets. Analyze acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, spend, repayment, retention, portfolio health, unit economics, and experiments. Build dashboards, establish measurement frameworks, identify root causes and emerging trends, and translate findings into product and commercial recommendations. Partner with product, engineering, design, credit risk, and in-country analytics teams while promoting data quality and AI-augmented analytics practices.

Develop and maintain credit scoring solutions for application and behavioral decisioning. Responsibilities include feature engineering, machine learning model development, validation, PD-to-bad-rate calibration, cut-off and limit analysis, monitoring model and data stability, and production implementation support. The role partners with engineering and decisioning teams to ensure reproducibility, documentation, governance, and reliable deployment across credit products and markets.

Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and improve API integrations and identity services using Java, Python, or Golang. Build and manage REST and SOAP APIs with API management platforms such as WSO2, MuleSoft, or Kong. Implement OAuth2, configure API products, support cloud infrastructure on AWS, establish observability, and own features throughout their lifecycle while maintaining system uptime.
