Owns growth marketing campaigns, product launches, and events end-to-end, including planning, asset creation, execution, follow-up, and performance reporting. Senior technical leader in post-sales support owning high-severity escalations, debugging distributed systems, mentoring engineers, improving processes and automation, partnering with Product and Engineering, maintaining 24/7 on-call support, and driving long-term reductions in ticket volume and platform issues.

Own end-to-end pursuit of strategic enterprise accounts: win new logos and drive expansion via account plans, stakeholder mapping, structured qualification (e.g., MEDDPICC), technical and executive engagement, disciplined forecasting, CRM hygiene, and clean handoffs to Account Management and Customer Success.

Operate, maintain and improve the global Tyk Cloud platform: run production Kubernetes clusters, manage cloud infrastructure, automate operations, run on-call incident response, create monitoring and dashboards, conduct post-incident analysis, document SRE processes, and drive reliability, efficiency and multi-region/multi-cloud expansion.
