Leads China plastics sourcing and supplier management, including supplier qualification, technical audits, RFIs/RFQs, should-cost analysis, tooling lifecycle management, contract negotiation, quality performance, dual sourcing, and NPI support. Serve as the OneStream power user, improve planning processes and tools, and present insights to business leaders and senior finance executives. The role also applies AI to accelerate analysis and reporting.

Leads global Customer Support and Scientific Technical Support across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Defines customer-centric strategy, scales omnichannel and AI-enabled support, develops regional leaders and scientific specialists, improves service metrics and retention, oversees technical escalations, manages support systems, and ensures quality, complaint-handling, and regulatory compliance across Twist’s genomics and synthetic biology portfolio.

Own marketing analytics across B2B and e-commerce funnels, including data modeling, metric definitions, campaign measurement, lead quality, attribution, dashboards, and executive storytelling. Partner with marketing stakeholders to identify funnel issues and recommend actions. Maintain a governed Snowflake marketing data layer, build self-service analytics and automated quality checks, support Salesforce Marketing Cloud migration, and develop AI-assisted analytics tools.
