Manages the talent acquisition technology stack, including ATS and CRM systems; maintains data integrity and governance; optimizes recruiting processes; manages vendors; leads technology implementations and change management; develops recruiting dashboards and reports; analyzes funnel metrics; and provides strategic recommendations and forecasting insights to improve hiring speed, quality, cost, and candidate experience.

Manage gene mutant, Site Variant, and Combinatorial Variant Library projects from customer inquiry through delivery. Coordinate customers, sales, support, legal, fabrication, and business teams; gather design requirements; prepare quotes; maintain records of NDAs, orders, shipments, and work in progress; track project status; support fulfillment communications; and ensure compliance with regulatory and ISO 13485 requirements.

Manufactures custom DNA and plasmid products in a high-throughput laboratory according to SOPs and GMP/ISO practices. Operates automated liquid handlers and laboratory equipment, performs molecular and cellular biology techniques, completes batch records, maintains documentation, supports troubleshooting and process deviations, packages products for shipment, and helps maintain daily production schedules. Requires attention to detail, safe handling of chemicals and hazardous materials, cleanroom work, prolonged standing, lifting up to 20 pounds, and flexible scheduling.
