Perform high-throughput manufacturing of DNA and plasmid products following SOPs and GMP/ISO practices. Operate liquid-handling robots and laboratory instruments, apply molecular and cell biology techniques (PCR, quantitation, purification, cloning), complete batch records, troubleshoot deviations, package products, and support continuous production schedules in a controlled cleanroom environment.

Perform QC testing and product release for Twist DNA products using quantitative assays, fragment analysis, and NGS. Monitor QC data, lead investigations and root cause analysis, review CAPAs and deviations, draft SOPs and quality reports, and ensure regulatory and ISO 13485 compliance in a high-throughput production laboratory.
