Develop, validate, and maintain automated liquid-handling methods for high-throughput synthetic biology and genomics workflows. Support Hamilton STAR liquid handlers, dispensers, analytical instruments, sequencers, robotics, and integrated systems. Lead validation projects, documentation, production-system maintenance, LIMS integrations, and workflow optimization while meeting ISO 13485 standards. Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Quality, and equipment manufacturers to implement robust laboratory automation solutions.

Leads customer-facing API and B2B eProcurement integrations, defining architecture, standards, documentation, and technical roadmaps. Delivers complex implementations involving authentication, data mapping, error handling, monitoring, and punchout platforms. Collaborates with enterprise customers, procurement teams, middleware providers, product leaders, and internal stakeholders to translate scientific and business requirements into scalable solutions. Serves as a staff-level technical authority, manages parallel implementations, mitigates go-live risks, and provides on-site support for critical integration challenges.

Develop AI and computational methods for protein design, discovery, and characterization. Integrate protein sequences with NGS and experimental data, apply protein language models for sequence generation and property prediction, lead computational analyses, validate algorithms experimentally, and translate successful methods into scalable research tools. Collaborate with computational biology, software engineering, experimental science, and customer-facing teams to prioritize candidates and support therapeutic protein discovery programs.
