Leads Twin Health’s finance function, including close, controls, reporting, compliance, audit readiness, investor relations, board reporting, fundraising, and liquidity-event preparation. Manages Director-level finance leaders, partners with the CFO and VP of Finance on strategic decisions, oversees finance systems and vendors, and scales the team for future growth and transactions.

The Director of FP&A owns company-wide GAAP and cash forecasting, weekly reforecasting, monthly finance reviews, variance analysis, operating model development, and board and investor reporting. The role partners with strategic finance and business leaders to translate initiatives into financial impacts, drives accountability across P&L owners, and manages and develops the FP&A team. It requires strong financial modeling, GAAP knowledge, communication, leadership, and advanced spreadsheet skills.

Owns end-to-end supply planning across a warehouse network, including demand forecast reconciliation, replenishment, purchasing, inventory deployment, stocking levels, and S&OP coordination. Partners with Finance, Sales, and third-party fulfillment providers to improve forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and service levels. Maintains planning data integrity, monitors inventory and supplier risks, creates reports, and drives cross-functional process improvements.
