Success is measured by renewal rates, retained revenue, reactivation, member reach, schedule adherence, and communication quality.

Make outbound calls to prospective clients, book webinar slots, follow up with attendees, and assess interest in counseling sessions with the sales team. Maintain accurate interaction records, provide webinar and counseling details, meet call targets, and deliver professional, persuasive customer interactions in English, Hindi, or another regional language.

Lead the vision, strategy, and end-to-end member experience for Twin Health’s AI-native metabolic healthcare product in India. Own onboarding, daily guidance, care interactions, connected devices, and behavior-change journeys. Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, Clinical, Data, Operations, and Design to experiment, launch, and optimize experiences based on engagement, adherence, satisfaction, and clinical outcomes. Shape global product strategy, manage a product manager, and establish strong product practices.
