Design and guide customer implementations of video AI applications, serving as the technical resource for strategic accounts. Advise on TwelveLabs APIs, architecture, security, scalability, and integration challenges; manage technical relationships and adoption; create implementation documentation; gather customer feedback; and collaborate with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Engineering. The role requires expertise in cloud platforms, Amazon Bedrock, LLMs, multimodal AI, APIs, Python, JavaScript, and video workloads, plus up to 10% travel.

Design and implement video AI solutions for strategic customers using TwelveLabs APIs and multimodal foundation models. Own technical customer relationships, guide secure and scalable architectures, support integrations from kickoff through production, resolve complex technical issues, create implementation documentation, and communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams. Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Engineering while supporting customer applications built with cloud platforms, APIs, LLMs, and modern development technologies.

Own the product roadmap for cloud, data platform, and AI service integrations. Lead partnerships from demand validation and technical scoping through development, security review, launch, co-sell readiness, and scale. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Legal, and Science while balancing partner incentives and technical constraints. Track pipeline, usage, and adoption to ensure integrations deliver measurable business outcomes.

Provide global employee IT support across macOS and Windows endpoints, identity systems, networks, SaaS applications, office technology, and infrastructure. Administer Okta, Google Workspace, MDM, endpoint security, and access controls; manage onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, assets, and compliance evidence. Build automation using Python, Bash, APIs, and workflow tools, troubleshoot root causes, maintain documentation, support office networks and moves, and coordinate technical escalations and on-call coverage.

Own the operational backbone of the Legal function, including intake, matter tracking, contract lifecycle management, corporate records, governance calendars, compliance administration, policy management, legal playbooks, outside-counsel coordination, and cross-functional legal projects. The role also manages legal technology, employee training, reporting, and support for privacy, security, AI governance, accessibility, SOC 2, and CMMC initiatives.

Build and operate production machine learning systems for Pegasus, TwelveLabs’ video-language model. Responsibilities include ML deployment, inference, evaluation, monitoring, infrastructure, multimodal data processing, metadata serving, performance optimization, and reliability improvements. The role requires strong ownership, technical judgment, and collaboration across research and engineering to deliver scalable VLM systems.

Own the product roadmap and execution for co-development, distribution, and integrations with major cloud and data platforms. Scope and validate integrations, drive end-to-end technical and GTM launches, align cross-functional teams, and measure partner-sourced pipeline, usage, and adoption.
