Lead the technical direction, design, and implementation of scalable Pegasus training infrastructure and operations. Own reliable, reproducible distributed training pipelines, data curation, evaluation, and ML infrastructure for multimodal models. Improve research-to-production workflows, optimize performance in large-scale GPU environments, mentor engineers, and adopt AI-assisted development tools.

Lead TwelveLabs’ application strategy and build AI-native video products from zero to adoption. Own customer discovery, product direction, prototyping, engineering collaboration, launch, growth, monetization, and customer value. Define application evaluations, quality and reliability standards, and requirements for shared models and infrastructure. Recruit and lead a lean team, establish rapid build-measure-learn cycles, partner with customers and cross-functional teams, and develop a repeatable portfolio and distribution strategy.

Own and build GTM systems and automations across HubSpot, Clay, and partner integrations. Design quote-to-cash flows, maintain AWS co-sell pipeline, create multi-system workflows, ensure data quality and reporting, prototype and iterate GTM infrastructure, and collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Partnerships leadership.
