Develops and coordinates electrical design drawings, layouts, schematics, schedules, and technical documentation for energy and infrastructure projects. Supports power distribution, lighting, grounding, controls, equipment layouts, and cable routing while ensuring code compliance and constructability. Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, reviews vendor and contractor documentation, supports field investigations and construction questions, and follows quality processes. Provides technical guidance to junior designers and manages multiple project assignments.

Designs and reviews mechanical systems for energy and infrastructure projects, including piping, HVAC, equipment, and utilities. Prepares calculations, drawings, specifications, reports, and procurement documentation while applying relevant codes and standards. Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, contractors, and clients; supports field investigations, construction, commissioning, inspections, and troubleshooting. Provides technical leadership, reviews deliverables, mentors engineers, contributes to proposals, and may travel to project sites.

Supports or manages multidisciplinary energy and infrastructure projects from initiation through closeout. Responsibilities include developing scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans; coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, vendors, and clients; tracking risks, costs, quality, safety, and project performance; reviewing technical deliverables; managing documentation and change control; and supporting proposals, contract administration, and client relationships.

Plans, schedules, and tracks refinery turnarounds, shutdowns, pit stops, and emergency outages. Develops work packages, manages SAP work orders and materials, builds resource-loaded Primavera P6 schedules, performs critical path and resource-leveling analyses, integrates contractor schedules, and monitors daily execution progress. Coordinates engineering, maintenance, operations, procurement, contractors, and supervisors while incorporating emergent work. Supports safe, timely, and cost-effective shutdown execution and completes post-event closeout, benchmarking, and lessons learned.

Lead delivery of large-scale multidisciplinary engineering and capital projects from planning through closeout. Oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, risk management, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact, drive issue resolution, support business development, and mentor project teams to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.

Manage project cost control for EPCM projects: develop cost systems, monitor budgets and forecasts, analyze variances, quantify change impacts, produce reports, and drive cost governance with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making and project close-out.
