Supports radio station promotions by setting up and representing stations at events, coordinating appearances and live broadcasts, maintaining promotional equipment and vehicles, engaging listeners and clients, and assisting the promotions and marketing team. Requires flexible weekday and weekend availability, strong organization and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Edits raw footage into polished English and Spanish videos aligned with brand standards and project goals. Translates and culturally adapts content, incorporates graphics, animation, sound effects, and music, and manages multiple projects through revisions and final approval. Collaborates with television, creative, marketing, and project teams to produce engaging multimedia content for diverse audiences across platforms.

Leads corporate sales and sponsorships for Reach Media’s radio, digital, event, streaming audio, and podcast assets. Responsibilities include prospecting, negotiating, and closing new business; managing agency and client relationships; developing sales strategies, proposals, and presentations; resolving client concerns; and growing revenue against targets. The role requires deep network radio and audio industry knowledge, established client and agency contacts, executive communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
