Build and execute SMM/growth strategy to grow Russian-speaking audience and generate leads via Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Telegram. Create short-form content, run small-budget Meta Ads, use AI tools for ideation and production, track analytics (CPL, CTR, CPC), and optimize funnels to convert followers into educational program buyers.

Lead and control all accounting processes and departments, prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets, implement enterprise accounting structures and reporting systems, control costs and build financial projection models, and develop standards, documentation, and training.

Perform data entry and verification of financial/source documents, maintain and update records, and use Excel/Google Sheets and QuickBooks to support basic accounting tasks under supervision.

Record sales, purchase, and bank transactions in QuickBooks; prepare P&L, balance sheet and other financial reports; and monitor and control cash flow.

Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO, managing diverse tasks from campaign execution and website assistance to data reporting, social media content, and contract oversight. Monitor budgets and timelines, research topics, analyze marketing performance, plan projects, and help improve company products, services, and image.
