Supervise installation crews performing furniture installs, repairs, moves and deliveries. Coordinate daily assignments with dispatch, ensure projects meet schedules and safety standards, liaise with accounting, warehouse, sales and HR, prepare reports (DVIR, Bill of Lading, Disposal), document disciplinary actions, and perform hands-on installation work as needed.

Manage commercial furniture and interiors projects end-to-end: oversee scope, schedule, budget, vendors, contractors and client communications. Conduct site evaluations, negotiate third-party bids, track progress and risks, ensure installation readiness and quality, drive profitability, and support sales and RFP efforts to meet client expectations.
