Facilitates front-end retail shifts by greeting customers, providing phone and in-person service, handling returns and exchanges, resolving POS issues, monitoring customer traffic, and coordinating cashier coverage. The role processes transactions according to company policies, resolves customer concerns, follows procedures, communicates with staff, and maintains productivity and service standards.

Provide high-volume administrative support: answer and route calls, perform clerical tasks (copying, faxing, mailing), maintain filing, reconcile vendor accounts, coordinate accounts payable/receiving, enter sales and deposits, assist with new-hire paperwork and employee benefits administration.
