The Front End Associate assists customers with service at the cash register, handles returns, and ensures efficient operation of the front end.

Provide high-volume administrative support: answer and route calls, perform clerical tasks (copying, faxing, mailing), maintain filing, reconcile vendor accounts, coordinate accounts payable/receiving, enter sales and deposits, assist with new-hire paperwork and employee benefits administration.

Provide front-end cashier support: greet customers, handle returns and exchanges, troubleshoot POS and computer systems, answer phones and route calls, monitor customer traffic, call for additional cashiers, follow company policies, and resolve customer issues respectfully.
