Analyze, improve, and implement technology solutions and public safety systems for county agencies. Develop business, functional, and non-functional requirements; create system designs, testing scripts, and technical documentation; facilitate user acceptance testing; support integrations and troubleshooting; assess business processes; and provide implementation guidance, metrics, and user training while collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, project managers, and developers.

Build and support production full-stack applications with accessible interfaces, APIs, databases, workflow automation, and AI capabilities. Develop LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, vector search, and agentic workflows while validating AI-generated code. Apply secure development, accessibility, automated testing, CI/CD, MLOps, adversarial AI testing, monitoring, incident response, and Responsible AI practices. Collaborate in Agile sprints and support federal customer requirements.

Manage and grow relationships with federal civilian and defense agency accounts, including DoS, DHS, and DHA. Serve as the primary client contact, coordinate with delivery teams, monitor contracts and recompetes, identify expansion opportunities, and support proposal and capture efforts. The role requires firsthand agency experience, federal procurement knowledge, strong stakeholder management, an active Secret clearance, and on-site or hybrid availability in the Washington, DC metro area.
