Manage and grow relationships with federal civilian and defense agency accounts, including DoS, DHS, and DHA. Serve as the primary client contact, coordinate with delivery teams, monitor contracts and recompetes, identify expansion opportunities, and support proposal and capture efforts. The role requires firsthand agency experience, federal procurement knowledge, strong stakeholder management, an active Secret clearance, and on-site or hybrid availability in the Washington, DC metro area.

Develop and support GIS applications within an enterprise GIS environment for information technology and planning programs. Responsibilities include upgrading an ArcMap Add-In to an ArcGIS Pro Add-In, conducting code reviews, creating technical documentation, planning and developing software, and maintaining enterprise databases. The role requires expertise in .NET, JavaScript, HTML, C#, Python, ArcGIS technologies, SQL, reporting tools, and relational databases.
