Maintain GAAP-compliant financial records, process accounts payable, reconcile accounts, review general ledger and prepare adjusting entries, manage credit card reports and reimbursements, set up employee credit cards, assist with payroll and accounting projects, and support financial reporting and documentation.

Requires driving, local presence, and background check.

Lead local ballot-chasing efforts: communicate daily with manager, build precinct-level community networks, recruit and monitor low-propensity voters, track data in Google Sheets, use social media for outreach, meet incentivized goals, and foster relationships across a designated territory.

Recruit and coordinate Ballot Chasers: communicate daily with manager, build community networks, identify low-propensity precincts, encourage ballot return, track data and progress, meet incentivized goals, and maintain relationships. Use Google Drive and social media; must live locally and satisfy driving, insurance, and background-check requirements.

Conduct grassroots outreach to encourage ballot submission, communicate daily with the Ballot Chase Manager, build community relationships, track precinct-level voting habits and data, and meet incentivized goals. Requires local residency, reliable transportation, social media and Google Drive proficiency, and a strong commitment to conservative political activism.

Conduct daily outreach and communication with the Ballot Chase Manager; build community relationships and networks to identify low-propensity voters; encourage and monitor ballot returns; track data and progress toward incentivized goals; work independently in a dynamic field environment. Must live within three miles of the posted zip, have valid driver’s license, reliable transport, insurance when applicable, and pass a background check.
