Conduct daily outreach to encourage ballot submission, build community relationships, track low-propensity voter habits across precincts, report to Ballot Chase Manager, meet incentivized goals, and maintain data and communications.

Conduct daily ballot-chasing activities: communicate with manager, build community networks, encourage ballot return, track precinct voting habits, meet incentivized goals, and maintain data and relationships.

Maintain GAAP-compliant financial records, process accounts payable, reconcile accounts, review general ledger and prepare adjusting entries, manage credit card reports and reimbursements, set up employee credit cards, assist with payroll and accounting projects, and support financial reporting and documentation.
