Manage full-cycle recruiting for construction field and office roles, particularly skilled trades such as equipment operators, CDL drivers, laborers, mechanics, and foremen. Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and pre-employment checks, create job postings, develop relationships with trade schools and workforce organizations, represent the company at recruiting events, track hiring metrics, and support employer branding, referrals, onboarding, and compliant hiring practices.

Designs and delivers training, communications, and learning experiences supporting corporate change initiatives involving data, analytics, AI, and information stewardship. Develops instructional materials, facilitates training, identifies change risks, supports data literacy and governance adoption, administers data communities, coordinates large learning events, and maintains project documentation. Collaborates with leaders and subject-matter experts to translate complex topics into clear learning and communications.

Coordinates telecommunications projects by maintaining schedules, milestones, baselines, budgets, resources, work orders, and project documentation. Collaborates with technical teams, vendors, stakeholders, and project leaders to track progress, identify risks, resolve scheduling conflicts, and communicate updates. Prepares status reports, scheduling summaries, workload forecasts, and budget information using Primavera P6, Power BI, ServiceNow, and work management systems. Supports project execution, operational improvements, and administrative coordination across multiple concurrent projects.

Reviews and screens applicants, conducts phone assessments, initiates background checks, prepares pay models, and extends offers. Partners with hiring managers and HR staff to align candidate pipelines with role requirements across numerous postings, vacancies, locations, and disciplines. Manages full-cycle recruiting activities while prioritizing urgent business needs, maintaining accurate records, and supporting deadline-driven hiring operations.

Leads project controls across capital, sustaining, and infrastructure projects, overseeing planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, forecasting, risk and change management, earned value, reporting, and governance. Partners with engineering, construction, procurement, finance, and operations leadership to support project execution and executive decision-making. Manages project controls teams and drives continuous improvement, contractor performance, safety, compliance, and delivery within approved schedules and budgets.

Provides day-to-day administrative, data entry, reporting, scheduling, document management, onboarding, logistics, and office support for site leadership and project personnel at an on-site mining project. Maintains spreadsheets and project records using Microsoft Excel, coordinates meetings and travel logistics, supports communication, and handles confidential information while following site safety procedures.

Responsible for rewinding electromechanical equipment, inspecting for damage, documenting data, testing windings, and maintaining safety standards.

Lead and manage near-mine and regional exploration programs for gold-silver deposits, driving target generation, drill planning, QA/QC, geological interpretation, and team development to support resource growth and discovery in remote mining environments.

The Project Engineer Manager oversees engineering and construction projects in mining, ensuring compliance, safety, and effective team communication while managing costs and schedules.
