Manage full-cycle recruiting for construction field and office roles, particularly skilled trades such as equipment operators, CDL drivers, laborers, mechanics, and foremen. Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and pre-employment checks, create job postings, develop relationships with trade schools and workforce organizations, represent the company at recruiting events, track hiring metrics, and support employer branding, referrals, onboarding, and compliant hiring practices.

Designs and delivers training, communications, and learning experiences supporting corporate change initiatives involving data, analytics, AI, and information stewardship. Develops instructional materials, facilitates training, identifies change risks, supports data literacy and governance adoption, administers data communities, coordinates large learning events, and maintains project documentation. Collaborates with leaders and subject-matter experts to translate complex topics into clear learning and communications.

Coordinates telecommunications projects by maintaining schedules, milestones, baselines, budgets, resources, work orders, and project documentation. Collaborates with technical teams, vendors, stakeholders, and project leaders to track progress, identify risks, resolve scheduling conflicts, and communicate updates. Prepares status reports, scheduling summaries, workload forecasts, and budget information using Primavera P6, Power BI, ServiceNow, and work management systems. Supports project execution, operational improvements, and administrative coordination across multiple concurrent projects.
