Owns firm-wide talent development, onboarding, performance management, career development, manager enablement, talent reviews, and succession planning. Designs practical learning programs, partners with senior leaders and subject matter experts, supports performance and leveling processes, and measures program effectiveness. This hands-on role builds talent systems from the ground up within a lean People organization.

Manage and oversee accounting and financial reporting for investment funds: review fund statements, liaise with administrators and auditors, analyze investment transactions, monitor cash and credit lines, assist capital call/distribution calculations, respond to investor inquiries, review investor communications, maintain documented processes, and support ad hoc projects including process improvements and AI-related initiatives.

Build AI-search visibility via structured data and AEO/GEO tactics, manage paid media budgets and attribution, drive testing and optimization, and lead a cross-functional team to increase qualified traffic, conversions, pipeline, and revenue.

Lead development and dissemination of Channel sales best practices across portfolio companies and partner with channel leaders to drive pipeline, conversion, pricing, and predictable revenue growth. Support due diligence analysis, implement structural/process improvements, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to scale high-performing Channel organizations.

Lead development of production AI agents across portfolio companies: identify recurring backlog patterns, design agent task hierarchies and orchestration, prototype end-to-end agents, technically lead teams, instrument agent performance, and scale playbooks across companies while earning CTO/CPO buy-in.

Partner with portfolio company sales leaders to drive new and expansion revenue by improving pipeline volume, conversion, and pricing. Contribute to the sales playbook, foster repeatable sales processes, collaborate with marketing and customer success, and support due diligence by analyzing sales org performance.

Provide high-level administrative support to a Senior Partner, managing complex calendars, frequent international travel and visas, expense reporting, confidential correspondence, and meeting preparation. Anticipate needs, exercise discretion, collaborate with other EAs, and maintain organization in a fast-paced private equity environment.

Two-year entry-level investment analyst program focused on sourcing and evaluating B2B software companies. Responsibilities include market and vertical research, CEO outreach, qualifying targets via operational and financial metrics, presenting findings to the investment team, supporting transactions, and A/B testing sourcing and growth tactics.

Partner with portfolio company CHROs to design and strengthen executive and GTM organizations via executive hiring, rigorous leader assessments, org design, coaching, comp and incentive advice, onboarding and performance frameworks, and scalable GTM people practices across the portfolio.

Own and build the AI and automation layer for revenue operations. Identify and re-engineer high-value workflows across pipeline, forecasting, renewals, and churn using LLMs, AI agents, and automation frameworks. Partner with sales, CS, finance, data teams, and portfolio companies to deploy production systems, measure impact, and iterate to increase predictable revenue and retention.
