Owns firm-wide talent development, onboarding, performance management, career development, manager enablement, talent reviews, and succession planning. Designs practical learning programs, partners with senior leaders and subject matter experts, supports performance and leveling processes, and measures program effectiveness. This hands-on role builds talent systems from the ground up within a lean People organization.

Manage and oversee accounting and financial reporting for investment funds: review fund statements, liaise with administrators and auditors, analyze investment transactions, monitor cash and credit lines, assist capital call/distribution calculations, respond to investor inquiries, review investor communications, maintain documented processes, and support ad hoc projects including process improvements and AI-related initiatives.

Lead customer retention and growth initiatives across 2–3 portfolio companies at a time. Diagnose churn and net revenue retention issues, implement customer success best practices, improve onboarding and adoption, establish reporting systems, advise on pricing and packaging, and help build CS teams. The role requires hands-on execution, cross-functional influence, and applying repeatable retention playbooks across B2B SaaS businesses.
