Lead renewal sales strategy and partner with portfolio company sales leaders to drive net retention through volume, conversion, and pricing improvements. Own and evolve a renewal sales playbook, support due diligence analysis, implement repeatable processes, and collaborate with marketing, expansion sales, and customer success to scale predictable renewal revenue across SMB to Enterprise.

Lead development of production AI agents across portfolio companies: identify recurring backlog patterns, design agent task hierarchies and orchestration, prototype end-to-end agents, technically lead teams, instrument agent performance, and scale playbooks across companies while earning CTO/CPO buy-in.

Partner with portfolio company sales leaders to drive new and expansion revenue by improving pipeline volume, conversion, and pricing. Contribute to the sales playbook, foster repeatable sales processes, collaborate with marketing and customer success, and support due diligence by analyzing sales org performance.
