Lead sourcing, diligence, and execution of private equity investments in software businesses. Build financial models and investment memos, manage deal processes with advisors, participate in portfolio boards, and partner post-close to improve sales, marketing, and customer success operations.

Lead Turn/River's sales practice by developing and refining a SaaS sales playbook and partnering with portfolio-company sales leaders to drive revenue growth. Analyze sales organizations during diligence, implement best practices across pipeline generation, conversion, and pricing, and work cross-functionally with marketing and customer success to create predictable, repeatable sales processes.
