TURN Behavioral Health Services (formerly Mental Health Systems, Inc.)

TURN Behavioral Health Services, formerly Mental Health Systems, Inc. (MHS), is a California nonprofit provider of prevention, intervention, treatment, and recovery services. Its programs address mental health and substance use disorders, supportive housing, and care for people involved in the justice system. Through more than 60 community-based programs, TURN serves individuals and families who cannot afford private services or lack access to other care, using integrated, evidence-based approaches.
